Emerica’s MADE Chapter Two is the culmination of a six-year project, first brought to the masses in MADE Chapter One. The MADE videos are made possible from the Emerica skate team, doing what they love most: skateboarding.

Since growing up in rural Missouri, musician Nathaniel Rateliff has witnessed first-hand the impact of corporate consolidation and factory farming which has played a devastating role on both the environment and farming communities. Today Nathaniel is using his voice to call attention to “food justice” through music and his Denver based foundation “The Marigold Project”. Working to increase awareness, The Marigold Project” is focused on the three principals of that define food justice; 1.) Access to fresh, healthy, locally grown, and culturally appropriate food. 2.) Living wages and fair working conditions for all food system workers. 3.) Community control over food systems, through community-based agriculture and cooperatives.

How to Impress Travis Pastrana

For many kids, attending a week at action sports epicenter, Camp Woodward, is a pipe dream, for JoJo Velasquez it’s home. The now 20-year-old was rollerblading down ramps at about the same time he took his first steps, but after discovering the sport of Ice Cross on Instagram there was no turning back for JoJo. In 2019, after two seasons in the sport traveling the world for competitions JoJo won the Juniors world title. Going into the 2020 season JoJo felt the weight of defending his title against the growing field of competitors, but no amount of training could have prepared him for how the season would unfold.

In this installment, Arbor Team Riders Danny MacDonald, Levi Green, Ryan Ricker, Tyler Howell, and Ross Druckrey vacate the urban sprawl to seek out secluded skate sessions along the Southern California Coastline.

Highlighting the outdoor lifestyle that is naturally intertwined with skateboarding, the crew camps high in the mountains and cruises above the clouds on strips of pristine pavement, then plots their descent through countless banked corners and splashes their feet in the cool Pacific waters.

A few French students decided to take their homework to the next level. To start they built a simple structure, made of wood over the course of three days. A rope went from one side of the upper bar to the other provide enough length to attach with a harness. Then they dug a meter deep hole in the ground and put a PVC tube with rolling in it. A smaller structure was placed for the rope to wrap around which was then fixed on the mast. Then the two pulleys are placed to lead the rope and control the flow. They call it the "Centrifugal".
