At the end of the first challenge only 17 people remain. They are challenged in ‘Murderball’ and to sparing. Followed by the sickener which only ends after 4 recruits have withdrawn. Will the aggressive challenges and heat get to the competitors?

Ep 2 | Aggression

After the second episode only 12 people remain. Trust is a matter of life or death, you have to trust your team in order to survive. The first challenge causes problems with relationships as tensions grow fierce. The recruits single out the members who they think are the least trust worthy and this creates more problems for the recruits. The next challenge is a forward abseil off the top of a waterfall where the jumper's life is in the hands of the person below holding the rope.

Ep 3 | Trust

8 recruits remain and in this challenge the recruits have to expose their hidden weaknesses. They go on a 12 hour jungle mission to meet a helicopter who will only take one team back to base. On the way back to base the recruits are captured and are challenged to see if they can survive and escape.

Ep 4 | Control

6 recruits remain in the final challenge. They are abducted, put in stressful positions, they have to deal with loud noise and intense interrogation. It is the most grueling 24 hours of the course, will any of them make it to the end?

Twenty-five Recruits are pushed to their limits by being sent out of a helicopter without a parachute, then watch as each of them have to endure a brutal boxing match.

Fourteen recruits remain, they have found themselves in the desert with blaring sun on top of them, this time the whole team must finish the race and time is not on their side!

In this next round the recruits must trust fall backwards off a high dive and land in the water, but there is a twist, the recruits will be blindfolded.

The last 24 hours push the recruits to their limits during the ‘ultimate sickener’; a series of punishing tasks - including the final "Last Man Hanging" task. Who, if anyone, will have what it takes to pass the course?

In this second episode of SAS Who Dares Wins, the 22 remaining male and female recruits battling to pass a unique version of SAS selection have their physical and mental strength tested by ex-Special Forces Operator Ant and his team of directing staff.   Training and living in the harsh and unforgiving Andes mountains, the DS subject the recruits to a terrifying forward abseil and the prospect of boxing with a member of the opposite sex.

In this unique version of SAS Selection, for the first time men and women are propelled into a harsh and unforgiving winter warfare environment, high in the Andes Mountains in central Chile. In this fourth episode the DS (Directing staff) pair up the remaining recruits for a series of terrifying challenges.  They must place their lives in the hands of their partner or ‘Oppo’ – who can be trusted and who will let their ‘Oppo’ down?

In this penultimate episode as the DS send the remaining recruits on the run whilst being tracked by a Chilean hunter force - who will escape capture and make it through to the final stage of the course?

In this unique version of SAS Selection, for the first time men and women are propelled into a harsh and unforgiving winter warfare environment, high in the Andes Mountains in central Chile. In this final episode the remaining 4 men and 4 women go into the most psychologically demanding test so far, Resistance to Interrogation. Subjected to stress positions and intense grillings by a team of professional Interrogators, who, if any, will make it through to the end of the course?

25 men and women, including an ex-SAS operator working undercover as a mole, face the latest intense course beginning with a swim to a remote Scottish island.

Twenty-five men and women face an intense start to the latest course, led by Chief Instructor Ant Middleton. It begins with a cold-water shock as the recruits jump from a moving speedboat into the freezing Atlantic Ocean. They then swim to a remote Scottish island shore, where the recruits are based for the course duration.

The 22 remaining recruits, including the mole, travel deeper into the harsh terrain of the Isle of Raasay where they are pushed to control their aggression, as they're trained with guns and take part in hand-to-hand combat.

The remaining 18 recruits are split into two teams to take on the intense close-combat murderball and surf immersion a notorious water beasting that simulates water torture.

The grit of the thirteen remaining recruits is tested, and with Jay's undercover status now revealed he launches a brutal beasting to expose the weakest members of the group.

The recruits are stalked across the Scottish Highlands by a military-trained hunter force, before facing extreme interrogation on limited sleep and rations. Who will crack?

Armed with rifles, recruits are tasked with a hostage rescue mission, before taking on their most dangerous task yet in near freezing water.

Recruits are brutally awoken by the sound of gun fire and a botched rescue attempt unfolds. Messages from home test the recruits' emotional resolve while a relentless pack march takes its toll.

Ep 8 | Strength

In a dangerous backward fall, the life of the jumper is in the hands of a fellow recruit. During an honesty test, some gobsmacking truths are shared. And a simple mistake results in a serious injury.

Ep 9 | Trust

Recruits race up a snow-covered mountain dragging a 60kg sled. Exhausted, they must then swim under ice, battling hypothermic conditions, only to discover the weakest will be sent home.

Ep 10 | Determination

In a daunting challenge, recruits are tasked with rescuing a downed pilot. As bombs explode and guns fire, they must make the right decision amidst the mayhem.

Ep 11 | Survival

Recruits face intense interrogation before they attempt the final phase of the course, a series of brutal physical tasks called The Sickener, designed to push them over the edge.

The recruits face a terrifying 50-metre free-fall off a cliff, followed by boxing with a twist. Katie Price must cope with the pressures of past and present. Tony Bellew battles with his inner demons.
