Frequency traces the history of the first ever 100% female Backcountry ski and snowboard event and competition: the Sister Summit. Sister Summit is a seven day event in the backcountry bringing together skiers and snowboarders and female media teams, female guides, female cat drivers, and a female speaker series to raise the feminine frequency.
